By accessing or using TradeSignals Pro ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Platform.
TradeSignals Pro provides algorithmic trading signal alerts based on Order Block and Market Structure Break analysis for financial instruments including Deriv Volatility Indices and XAUUSD (Gold). Our signals are generated by automated systems and are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
3.1. We offer four subscription tiers: Free, Basic, Pro, and Elite. Each tier provides different levels of access to our signal systems as described on our pricing page.
3.2. Payments are processed by Paystack (for supported African countries) or Flutterwave (for international users). All transactions are subject to the respective payment processor's terms.
3.3. Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
3.4. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.
You agree not to: (a) share your account credentials; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute our signals or system code; (c) use automated bots to scrape our platform; (d) use the platform for any illegal purpose; (e) attempt to circumvent any subscription restrictions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our discretion. In such cases, you forfeit any remaining subscription period without refund.
All content, code, algorithms, designs, and materials on the Platform are the exclusive property of TradeSignals Pro and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeSignals Pro, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on any signals provided, including but not limited to trading losses.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of the jurisdiction where the Platform operator is registered.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
